BELLEVILLE BOXING CLUB


Belleville Boxing Club is located at 103 North 47th Street Belleville, Illinois 62226. It serves as an outlet for aggression, stress and individual exercises, while providing a haven which helps in the alleviating of dismays that frequently occurs in the streets of East St. Louis.
The club's main purpose is to teach members the fundamentals of boxing, endurance and discipline so that their hard work will reap them benefits and rewards both in and out of the ring. Its objective is to promote the health and well-being of all of its members, coaches and volunteers and to support, encourage and mentor individuals within the sport of amateur boxing. Amateur boxing is a blend of offensive and defensive skills used in the art of self defense. Boxing transforms the combination of conditioning, defense, offense and strategy into a skilled and exciting sport. We all represent the Club and want to project a positive image of the Club and of our City.

To promote and provide facilities and equipment for training in the amateur sport of boxing in the Belleville, Illinois area in a friendly and fair manner for the benefit of its members.
